Overview:
We are currently looking for a growth oriented, team driven Digital Account Manager in the Charlotte, NC area this may be a hybrid / remote position.

Job summary:
The Digital Account Manager will work closely with clients to help them understand their business, competitive landscape and goals and uncover opportunities to improve digital performance. The digital account manager will be the key link between our clients and the internal teams (strategy, creation, paid research and referencing), leading the communication, the strategic approach and the management of the relations.

The digital account manager will lead their own portfolio of clients from various industries. This position should have 3 or more years of experience working in an agency environment, and a focus on digital and interactive work is ideal.

Skills:
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are imperative as the digital account manager interacts with every internal team member and client, and touches all projects to some extent. The ideal candidate will be a team player who seeks to help the agency do their best for our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Act as a point of contact for customers for all inbound marketing initiatives
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships and maintain frequent contact
• Help define digital strategies for your assigned clients, taking into account their specific needs
• Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
• Respond to customer questions efficiently and in a timely manner
• Present new initiatives, strategic directions and reports to clients
• Analyze the success of digital campaigns and collaborate with the SEM / strategy team to develop the strategic direction
• Participate in planning sessions to develop tactics that will achieve client goals

Conditions:
• 3-4 years of experience working in an agency account environment
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills
• Proven analytical skills

Qualifications:
• Reporting / analysis experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager)
• Experience with remote colleagues
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant fields
