We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing Digital Catalog Marketing team in our London office!

It’s our job to connect our deep repertoire of hymns, dance floor fills and chart tops, with the people who love and adore them on repeat… whatever platform they choose to do. use. You will be responsible for creating and managing innovative digital marketing campaigns executed on a global scale; covering both the UK repertoire and international artists.

Your mission at BMG.

You will be responsible for developing and executing creative digital marketing plans and strategies that increase the overall consumption of our repertoire and deepen the bond between our artists and their fans and followers.

Your responsibilities.
  • Creatively and effectively manage an artist’s online presence, including tone of voice and online appearance to deliver dynamic campaigns that stand out.
  • Social media strategy including structuring and creating social media campaigns with artist and artist direction.
  • Work hand in hand with the Product Management and Marketing teams to ensure creative alignment with campaign strategy.
  • Create, maintain and manage online advertising campaigns on Facebook / Instagram, Twitter, Google Adwords and other platforms in accordance with BMG’s internal strategy.
  • Create or manage the creation of online content and assets i.e. social images and videos, websites, landing pages or marketing activations.
  • Build strong relationships with artist managers and artists directly to provide digital marketing knowledge, resources and advice.
  • Manage and build relationships with key campaign partners i.e. social media influencers, website development and assets.
  • Manage and build relationships with the main platform partners, namely Facebook / Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Triller, etc.
  • Provide frequent and relevant reports on all aspects, including social media statistics, ad performance and other analysis, to colleagues, artist directors and campaign partners.
  • Work on daily digital operations including smart links, channel downloads, content management, and more.
Your profile.

We welcome candidates from diverse and atypical backgrounds, but we would appreciate it if you have the following:

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing or social media role, focused on media or entertainment.
  • Experience and knowledge of the Facebook business manager.
  • Digital advertising experience in Facebook Business and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office suites including PowerPoint.
  • Technical understanding of Adobe suite programs – in particular Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects.
  • Knowledge of ECRM (Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Collaborative and creative
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Organized with the ability to work on schedule
It’s a plus if you also have …
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing or social media role at a record label, artist management company, or music-focused digital agency.
  • Confident presentation skills.
  • Passion and knowledge of the music industry, including a good knowledge of a variety of genres.
